At Raymond Geddes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your school supplies and novelty items. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Reach out to our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your eligibility for a return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping container.

  Ship the Items

  Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping carrier to ensure safe and documented delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a credit to your account.
